Tommy is the third child of the Walker siblings. He is the eldest son, and spent years working under his father and uncle at Ojai Foods. He expected that he is the one who will be the heir of the business but was furious when, after his father died, he learns that he names Sarah as the company President.

Tommy is married to Julia Walker. They tried to have a baby but they found out that he was infertile. They asked for Kevin’s help to donate sperm as Tommy is uncomfortable of the idea of using a stranger’s sperm. Kevin was at first reluctant to donate so Justin offers himself but Tommy was worried about it because Justin’s drug use. Both Kevin and Justin eventually donated sperm, and when Julia got pregnant, they found out that they were twins. She gave birth to William Walker II and Elizabeth Walker. Unfortunately, William’s kidney was failing and his only hope is a transplant from Elizabeth, but the operation has high risks for Elizabeth and there is no guarantee of success for William. He and Julia decided not to continue with the transplant, and William soon died.

Balthazar Getty plays the role of Tommy. Balthazar was born in Tarzana, California and raised in San Francisco. He has appeared in several films such as Young Guns II, Deuces Wild, Ladder 49, The Center of the World and Big City Blues. He has also appeared as Agent Thomas Grace in the TV show Alias.
